This piece was written by a friend so I decided to share; its about the reality of Success!!!!!
Success is a journey

                       ISN'T SUCCESS A JOURNEY? 

There's practically no need to explain what a journey is, but in the simplest of terms, it's a voyage or adventure taken up by a person or group. But then, is success really a journey? On the surface, oh it sound weird but a deeper look at it reveals that yes, it's actually a journey. 

Every journey has key elements: the vehicle, the road, the driver, the fare and passengers. Similarly, on the academic aspect, you as a student are the driver; you decide and control every affair of your life and succeed or failure is highly contingent on YOU! 

Paradoxically, you're also the passenger, you board your vehicle and pay for it. What then is the vehicle? I recommend hardwork and prayer, they're veritable and viable indeed. The fare ; particularly is sacrifice and self deprivation. It says " nothing good comes easy" - very true! The road, is a platform for which the vehicle runs and it can be likened to your school. It serves as the focal point for academic success. 
So friends, why isn't success a journey? We can just condition our minds that "am on a journey and I must arrive at my destination successfully". I wish u all success

A NEW VICE-CHANCELLOR FOR CRAWFORD UNIVERSITY

Crawford university has appointed a new Vice-Chancellor, Professor Isaac Rotimi Ajayi. This was made official at a send forth ceremony organized for three of its administrative members. They are: the outgoing Vice-Chancellor, Professor Samson Ayanlaja: the former school bursar, Rev. E.O. Ajayi and the Outgoing School Counsellor Dr. E.O. Aramide. The send-forth was held on the 5th October 2015 at the school's multi-purpose hall. After serving as the second Vice Chancellor of Crawford University from October 2010 to September 2015, Professor S.A.
