Crawford University does more
than teach us academics, they have taught a key value of success- helping
others to succeed has also been inculcated in our lives. One of the ways we
achieve this is through our project- Success Connect. Success Connect, a group
made up of Crawford University students burning with a desire not just to
succeed alone, but to help other young people all over Africa to develop
success habits that will consequently help restore sanity and sanctity in our
continent. On the 16th of May,2014, had a program at the Apostolic
Faith Secondary School, Abeokuta, Ogun State. Before the
arrival of the association, the management team of the school had been
contacted and permission had been granted.
The meeting commenced at about
2:00pm. The students were converged at a hall and a praise and worship session
was held after which Nifemi and Duro, the first set of anchors took over. The
students were in a particularly expectant
mood and were highly responsive. Nifemi and Duro introduced Success Connect,
welcomed everyone and gave an insight to the program. The principal gave a
short welcome address that was warmly received. The first speaker was then
welcomed to the stage.
Chukwudi Nwoko was the first
speaker and he admonished the house on the subject of “SWOT ANALYSIS”. S- Stands

populace along and when he asked questions, attentive students gave brilliant
responses.

Jolaoluwa Tunji, who rose from the abyss of mediocrity to the pinnacle of
admiration. He gave points such as studying, keeping the right company and “The
God factor”.
